Labor Day is approaching. In order to balance employees' rights to vacation with the delivery of customer orders, our company will reasonably arrange the holiday schedule to ensure smooth and orderly production operations.
To ensure that customer orders are completed on time, all departments have made advance production scheduling plans: the sales department will confirm delivery timelines with customers one by one; the production department will retain key personnel through rotating shifts, overtime, and compensatory time off; and the warehouse and logistics department will arrange on‑duty staff to ensure that urgent orders can be shipped normally. Before the holiday, each workshop will complete the concentrated catch‑up work on in‑process orders and pre‑schedule production tasks for resumption after the holiday.
The company has always adhered to the philosophy of "people‑oriented, customer first." While implementing paid leave, we encourage employees to reasonably adjust their work pace and efficiently complete their tasks before the holiday. For key orders that truly require continuous follow‑up during the holiday, the company will pay overtime wages in accordance with the law and arrange compensatory time off.
