As the May Day holiday approaches, Ramtec has proactively formulated production plans to ensure efficient completion of pre-holiday tasks and smooth post-holiday resumption through refined management. The company initiated special production scheduling in mid-April, prioritizing urgent order deliveries, optimizing production line configurations for enhanced efficiency, and completing maintenance of critical equipment.

Prior to the holiday, the company conducted comprehensive safety inspections, focusing on potential electrical and fire hazards, while implementing a 24-hour emergency duty system. Flexible shift arrangements and performance-based incentives were introduced to safeguard employee welfare. Currently, all workshops are operating according to schedule, with pre-holiday production targets expected to be fully met by April 30.

To facilitate swift post-holiday production recovery, the company has prepared sufficient raw materials in advance and scheduled equipment debugging for the first workday after the break.
